Watermelon. I just love everything about it, I could happily eat it all year long but usually I save myself and gorge on it all summer long. It just feels better eating it in the summer hot months! This is such a delicious way to eat watermelon I had to share it on. My grandkids LOVED it as well 🙂 Hope you give it a taste! I used honey as my sweetener.
|1/2 cup||Cold water|
|5 cups||Seedless watermelon, cut into chunks then frozen|
|1 1/4 cup||Frozen strawberries|
|3/4 cup||Sweetener that measures like sugar (or sweetener to taste)|
|2 tbs||Lemon juice (or according to taste)|

This sorbet is ready in minutes, and it is the perfect treat on a hot summer day! The best part is, there is no added sugar, and it is packed with vitamins, so you can feel good about eating it! This sorbet stays good in your freezer for up to one month! Enjoy!
Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. (This may take a few times of scraping down the sides of the blender, and possibly a few extra tbs of water.)
Enjoy sorbet immediately or place in a Tupperware container and freeze until you are ready to enjoy! Remove from the freezer and let soften for about 5 minutes before enjoying!
